School Plans

Every year Willard School develops its single plan for student achievement (SPSA).The Plan is then presented to the following Committees made up of Parents and Staff :
School Site Council.(SSC)  The purpose of this committee is:: 1) to help in the development, review and update of the Single Plan for Student Achievement. (2) monitor the implementation of the Single Plan for Student Achievement (3) Evaluate the effectieness of the programis in the SPSA (4) act as a hearing board for any individual or group that may want to propose changes in the SPSA.

School Advisory Committee (SAC)  The purpose of this committee shall be to: 1) Serve as the school/community Advisory Committee for Title1 programs 2) Mobilize and coordinate community resouces in a concerted effort to close the existing achievement gap 3) Plan, develop, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of school programs 4) Act as a hearing board for any individual or group that may want to propose changes in the school's Title 1 program 5) provide input and suggestions regarding the SPSA

English Learner Advisory Committee  (ELAC) The purpose of this committee is to: 1) serve as the school/community Advisory Committee for English Learner Programs 2) Mobilize and coordinate community resources in a concerted effort to close the existing achievement gap 3) Plan, develop, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of school programs for English Learners 4) Act as a hearing board for any individual or group that may want to propose changes in the school's English Learner programs 5) Provide input and suggestions regarding the SPSA.
